Refund Policy:
We are so thankful for your business. In order to support our team members in quality control and adjustments to any hair service, no hair service will be refunded.
Things happen, and we understand that. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, we’ll work with you to provide an adjustment to your hair at a fee appropriate to the situation. In order to be considered, a client needs to notify the salon of the issue at hand within 72 hours of the service they received. Poppy & Pearl will respond to the client within 2 business days with the accommodation we’re able to provide.
